DIVERSITY CHARTER IN NORWAY!
Diversity Charter is a document signed by companies and organizations that commit to working systematically with diversity. Launched in January 2011, it is also a concrete tool and means to achieve well functioning diversity in the workplace. Diversity Charter assists companies and organizations in their work with diversity at the strategic level, ensuring that they act in accordance with Norwegian law. It also provides advice, guidance and best practices along the way.
