Leadership Foundation and the foundation Mangfold i Arbeidslivet (Diversity at Work) are the founders of the Diversity Charter in Norway after a preliminary study funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion.
Diversity Charter is established as a project under the Leadership Foundation and Mangfold i Arbeidslivet (MiA). The work done with the Diversity Charter will be done in collaboration with the Equality and Discrimination Ombudsman (supervisory role in relation to activity and reporting requirements) and regional equality centers in Hamar, Kristiansand and Steigen.
A reference group consisting of representatives from our workplace partners will be established for the Diversity Charter. This group will help with securing commitment and support for the further development of and progress related to the work with the charter in Norway.
