How can I become a member and sign the Diversity Charter?

There are several options to joining Diversity Charter, which are organized as Level 1 and Level 2 membership.

  • Level 1 membership is absolutely free and is open to all! You will get 1 free course and invitations to all member meetings, as well as announcements about seminars and courses that are available for a fee.
  • Level 2 membership is for companies and organizations that want all the benefits included for a set price. 

What do I get by being a part of Diversity Charter?

  1. Diversity-5

    Profiling on the website (free for all) with logos of all member companies and organizations.
  2. 3 membership meetings (free for Level 2) per year with professional content, ‘best practice’ from the public, private and voluntary sectors and networking.
  3. 2 partner meetings (free for Level 2) with speed-dating between organizations and relevant professionals.
  4.  Annual dinner (price reduction for Level 2) with award given to the best company in regards to work with diversity.
  5. Courses (1 course free for Level 1; 2 courses free for Level 2) about activity and reporting requirements, diversity management and services or other customized relevant themes.
  6.  Other services (free access for all). Professional service providers will be profiled on the website to provide quick access and overview of the various players in the market that can support organizations in their diversity efforts.

Diversity Charter

The "Diversity Charter" will assist companies and organizations in putting diversity on the strategic agenda while at the same time ensuring one is within the legal requirements with tools, advice, coaching and best practice sharing on the way.  Today the Diversity Charter exists in among other countries France, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Sweden.
